目前,儿童肝移植已在我国各大移植中心得到应用与推广。随着儿童肝移植相关学科的发展,适合肝移植的儿科疾病谱不断扩大,对儿童肝移植的需求量迅速增长。为进一步规范中国儿童肝移植相关操作技术,中华医学会器官移植学分会组织国内知名儿童肝移植专家,从儿童肝移植的适应证和禁忌证、术前评估、手术方式以及围手术期处理等方面,制订《中国儿童肝移植操作规范(2019版)》。
