优化肺移植围手术期处理策略,促进受者快速康复,对改善肺移植受者预后和提高生存率具有重要意义。控制论是一门综合学科,前馈控制是基本控制论,其特点是"预防第一"。将多学科协作联合前馈控制模式应用于肺移植围手术期管理,有利于提高医务人员的工作效率,缩短受者住院时间,减少并发症的发生,从而加快受者康复。本文对前馈控制理论的发展历程和研究现状以及我国肺移植围手术期前馈控制的现状和实际困难展开综述,以期为肺移植围手术期前馈控制模型理论框架构建提供参考。

Optimizing the perioperative management strategy of lung transplantation and promoting the rapid rehabilitation of the recipients are of great significance for improving the prognosis and survival rate of lung transplant recipients. Cybernetics is a comprehensive subject, and feedforward control is the basic cybernetics, which is characterized by " prevention first " . The application of multidisciplinary cooperative feedforward control mode to perioperative management of lung transplantation is helpful to improve the working efficiency of medical staff, reduce length of hospitalization and the occurrence of complications, and thus accelerate the recovery of the recipient. This paper reviews the development and research status of feedforward control theory and the current situation and practical difficulties of feedforward control during perioperative period of lung transplantation in China in order to provide a reference for the construction of theoretical framework of feedforward control mode during perioperative period of lung transplantation.
