纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血(pure red cell aplasia,PRCA)是器官移植术后以急性骨髓造血衰竭为特征的一种严重并发症,人类微小病毒B19(human parvovirus B19,HPV B19)感染是实体器官移植术后常见造成PRCA的病因。目前,各类实体器官移植术后均有HPV B19感染的报道,尤其肾移植术后较多,但多以个案报道为主[1]。心脏移植术后HPV B19感染致PRCA在国内未见报道,相关诊断及治疗尚无统一标准,在临床诊疗过程中容易造成误诊、漏诊及治疗不当。本文回顾性分析2018年10月至2020年10月山东第一医科大学第一附属医院3例心脏移植术后HPV B19感染致PRCA的受者临床资料,并通过文献复习总结此类疾病的流行病学、临床特点、诊断及治疗方法,现报道如下。
