近年来,随着器官移植的快速发展,心脏死亡器官捐献和扩大标准供者供器官逐渐被应用于临床,为提高供器官保存质量,改善移植预后,对供器官保存方式提出了更高的要求。全氟碳化合物(PFC)是一种新型氧气载体,能高效传递氧气,减少氧化应激及缺血再灌注损伤,提高胰腺等离体器官的保存质量。PFC对不同器官的保存方式和保护机制存在差异。本文从PFC理化性质、作用机制及其在器官保存中的应用研究进展等方面进行综述。

Recently, donor organs from donation after cardiac death and expanded criteria donors have gradually been used in clinical practice with the rapid development of transplantation. In order to improve the quality of organ preservation and organ transplantation outcome, higher request is brought forward for organ preservation methods. Perfluorocarbon (PFC) is a new type of oxygen carrier, which can efficiently transfer oxygen, reduce oxidative stress and ischemia-reperfusion injury, and improve the preservation quality of isolated organs such as the pancreas. The preservation method and protection mechanism of PFC vary from organ to organ. This article reviews the physical and chemical properties, mechanism of action, application and research progress in organ preservation of PFC.
