肝移植术后新发戊型病毒性肝炎的诊治经验

肝移植术后合并戊型肝炎病毒(hepatitis E virus,HEV)感染并不常见。戊型病毒性肝炎(简称戊型肝炎)可能导致移植肝功能异常、纤维化,甚至失功[1]。肝移植受者术后肝功能异常应考虑HEV感染的可能性[2]。本文回顾性分析2019年1月至2023年1月清华大学附属北京清华长庚医院门诊随访收治的4例肝移植术后新发HEV感染患者临床资料,现报道如下。
