Abstract:

With the development of 5G and artificial intelligence technology, fields related to medical care have been comprehensively upgraded with information technology, stepping into the era of smart medicine. The system adopts Browser/Server architecture and establishes a remote interactive system for the whole process of donor organ procurement in each working node of the organ procurement organization in our center. Medical history information, ethical procedures, donor acquisition surgery, organ evaluation, and case summary can be monitored and digitally managed throughout the whole procedure. The donor-related data and indicators can be structurally stored, which facilitates the staff to read, backtrack, and statistically analyze the historical data. The design and application of the system realize the fine evaluation and comprehensive monitoring and management of organ acquisition tissue. Simultaneously, it can also provide value for scientific research, personnel training, standard designation, and fraternal unit cooperation, which has great significance for clinical promotion.
