Abstract:

Biliary complications (BC) after liver transplantation generally refer to the general term of abnormal recovery of liver function or abnormal bile metabolism caused by abnormal biliary tract after liver transplantation. In recent years, with the continuous development of endoscopic technology, endoscopic therapy has become the mainstream modality for the treatment of biliary complications after liver transplantation. Biliary complications are important indicators for evaluating the efficacy after liver transplantation, and many factors such as donor liver preservation, intraoperative surgical operation and postoperative immune rejection are closely related. In this paper, the classification, mechanism, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of BC after liver transplantation are discussed.

Key words: Liver transplantation, Biliary complications, Anastomotic stricture, Bile leakage
