Analysis of the implementation path of the living will system for organ donation in China

Abstract:

The implementation of the legal route of organ donation is related to the legal rights of donors and the number of organs available for transplantation. This paper was based on living will related theory and practice, and draw experience from international practice, and combined with China′s national conditions, the legal path and system construction of living will for organ donation in China were analyzed. Hoping to reduce the organ donation confusion and resolve conflict, and effectively promote the development of organ donation in our country.
