目的

基于Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)数据库,系统分析2016~2025年全球器官捐献与移植领域的文献特征、研究热点及国际合作格局,为学科建设与国际化发展提供参考。

方法

以WoSCC数据库为数据源,检索策略为主题词检索。采用R语言Bibliometrix软件包及Biblioshiny平台,对器官捐献与移植领域年度发文量趋势、核心来源期刊、作者与国家合作网络、关键词共现及文献共被引拓扑关系等进行文献计量学与可视化分析。

结果

最终纳入2016~2025年WoSCC数据库中器官捐献与移植领域相关文献4 771篇,包括研究型文章4 223篇和综述548篇。该领域近十年发文量总体呈波动上升趋势(复合年增长率2.76%),并在2021年达到峰值(565篇);国际合著比例为18.13%,篇均合著作者数8.56名。高频关键词分析示肾移植、肝移植、活体供者、心脏死亡器官捐献及临床实践是该领域的核心主题。关键词共现分析示,"transplantation"中介中心度最高(32.369),发挥显著的全局枢纽衔接作用;"machine perfusion""preservation"等技术类词汇中介中心度较低,结合高被引文献分析,器官保存与机械灌注技术已成为当前关键的前沿方向。文献共被引分析示,学科知识基础主要筑构于跨国登记系统报告、临床指南以及供者分类标准。国家合作网络分析示,美国处于绝对核心地位(中介中心度9.386、权重0.117),英、德等欧洲国家表现出较强的合作网络中介效应;中国科研产出体量较好,但在合作网络中的中介中心度较低(0.099)。

结论

全球器官捐献与移植研究正经历从单一的外科临床预后评价,向供者质量精准管理、心脏死亡器官捐献标准规范构建、器官灌注技术优化以及伦理社会学治理体系建设的多维转型。我国在该领域已具备一定的研究基础,但国际合作网络枢纽地位仍有较大提升空间。

Objective

To systematically analyze the publication characteristics, research hotspots, and international collaboration patterns in the field of organ donation and transplantation worldwide from 2016 to 2025 based on the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database, and to provide decision-making references for discipline development and internationalization.

Methods

Literature was retrieved from the WoSCC database using a topic-search strategy. The R package Bibliometrix and Biblioshiny platform were used to perform bibliometric and visualization analyses of annual publication trends, core source journals, author and country collaboration networks, keyword co-occurrence, and the topological relationships of document co-citation.

Results

A total of 4 771 articles related to organ donation and transplantation from 2016 to 2025 were included from the WoSCC database, comprising 4 223 articles and 548 reviews. Over the past decade, the annual publication volume showed an overall fluctuating upward trend, with a compound annual growth rate of 2.76%, reaching its peak in 2021 (565 articles). The proportion of international co-authored articles was 18.13%, and the average number of co-authors per article was 8.56. High-frequency keyword analysis showed that kidney transplantation, liver transplantation, living donor, donation after cardiac death, and clinical practice were the core themes in this field. Keyword co-occurrence analysis indicated that " transplantation" had the highest betweenness centrality value (32.369), serving as a significant global hub. Technical terms such as " machine perfusion" and " preservation" had relatively low betweenness centrality values. Combined with the analysis of highly cited literature, organ preservation and machine perfusion technologies have become key emerging frontiers. Document co-citation analysis showed that the knowledge base of the field is mainly built upon reports from international registries, clinical guidelines, and conventional donor classification criteria. The country collaboration network showed that the United States occupied an absolutely central position, with a betweenness centrality value of 9.386 and a weight of 0.117. European countries such as the United Kingdom and Germany demonstrated strong intermediary effects in the collaboration network. China showed a relatively high volume of research output, but its betweenness centrality value in the collaboration network was low (0.099).

Conclusions

Global research on organ donation and transplantation is undergoing a multidimensional transition from a primary focus on surgical clinical outcome evaluation toward precision management of donor quality, standardization of donation after cardiac death criteria and protocols, optimization of organ perfusion technologies, and the development of ethical and sociological governance systems. China has established a certain research foundation in this field. However, there remains considerable room for improvement in its hub position within the international collaboration network.
