Abstract:

Innate lymphoid cell (ILC) is a new research focus in the field of transplantation. The role of ILC in transplantation immunity is very complex, and the same ILC may have two opposite effects, promoting rejection or promoting tolerance. The proportion of different ILC subgroups also affected the immune status of transplantation immunity. In addition, graft-resident ILC can also affect the state of transplantation immunity. In this paper, the relevant researches in recent years were reviewed, and to analyze the specific role and related mechanisms of different ILC subgroups in transplantation immunity, so as to provide direction for further research.

Key words: Innate lymphoid cell, Transplantation immunity, Rejection, Tolerance
